Returns & Cancellations

We hope that you love the products that you buy from us, however, we understand that sometimes items you receive may not be suitable and you may wish to return them.
How to Return Items
All item(s) must be returned within 28 days of receipt to ensure you receive a refund via your original payment method. 
It is the customers responsibility to ensure the costs of their returns- we do not refund postage and packing fees.
Any returns sent back to Purple Flamingo Vintage are at the buyer’s expense. We recommend you use a tracked delivery service to ensure your return reaches us.
Please allow ten working days from when we receive the item to process the return. Many returns will be processed the day they arrive or the day after but this cannot be guaranteed.
All items must be in an unworn, unwashed and unsoiled condition.  Please ensure the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and tamper seals attached.  We will not accept returns on lingerie or jewellery that has been damaged or worn. We cannot accept returns if the tamper seals or tags are removed. Unfortunately, for health and hygiene reasons we are unable to refund lingerie and jewellery in any of the following circumstances:
The original packaging has been opened or damaged, unless faulty.
The tags are not in place or the tamper seals are damaged.
Tags are removed: underwear/lingerie, control wear, hosiery, girdles, corsets and jewellery.
To save paper being wasted we do not include return forms in our orders so when returning your order please include a small note with your order number and/or name for us to process your return when it reaches us.

Cancelling Your Order
If you wish to cancel your order, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, please contact us via email,, please don’t contact via social media or our web chat for order cancellations.

Please include your order number and stating your wish to cancel your order in your email. We cannot cancel without the correct order number- this can be found on your initial order confirmation.
If we are not able to cancel your item(s) as they have already been processed please return them to us for a full refund.
Once we have received your cancellation request we will reply with an acknowledgement email. Please be aware that cancellations are processed Monday-Friday and it can take up to ten working days for your bank or card issuer to make funds available to you.
